There is no medication to fill the gap you have to visit your dentist for clinical evaluation to know the underlying cause for gap then treatment can be advised either conservative or orthodontic

Gaps between teeth cannot be filled with medications. you will have to visit a dentist to examine your teeth and how much is the space between teeth. accordingly you will be given the treatment plan like correcting them with braces or if its minimal we can give composite fillings / veneers etc. require photographs to suggest you right.
Next Steps
visit a dentist / send your teeth photographs
