My wife has 4 recurrent miscarriage due to bleeding in first trimester. Can we use garbhpal ras tablet before conceiving. Will it prevent further miscarriage.

Plz do not take any medicine without the consultation of a doctor because recurrent miscarriages have lot of causes and the treatment has to be done according to the cause .
