Garlic for inducing labor pain
This is my 1st baby(G2A1),earlier 7 week miscarriage,my edd is 12 sep,neither my baby reached pubic bone nor im getting any pain,todays bp 106/140,met gynae today but forgot to ask is it safe 2 eat garlic for inducing labor. I have heard it from somewher but i want to confirm b4 eating

Garlic is cardioprotecrive drug and even reduces bp also but for induction of labour is questionable.u have to walk around for 40mins to 1hr daily in case ur bp is not high.its very doubt ful now at 39wks regarding normal delivery with uncontrolled hypertension.plan for normal but b prepared to go for lscs too

Drink plenty of water and do relaxed walking to encourage normal delivery
Next Steps
Take pineapple juice on the day of Induction of labor . Can you do Swiss ball exercise under supervision of a physiotherapist
