Gastric and other problem
I always was having stomach related issues. Offlate acidity issues where I used to have vomiting and stomach pain... I used to take some antaacid and other medicines and it comes in control. But what is really concerning is a lump which gets formed at the end of rectum. This remains for about 4 -5 days and goes off . But it is recurring every 3 months. Please advise

Hi..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function....
