Suffering from constipation ,gas n nausea ,l am taking pantacid n cremafin since a day got little relief after taking but not cured completely.kindly guide how much time to get back to normal

Start Exercising for 40 min daily Do Yoga Dietary modification take more roughage on diet Decrease fat and carbs in diet Drink lots of water It will take a few days to ease off
