Gastric or musclepain or cardiac problem
Doctor,Initially i had a pain in left side chest,i visited local doctor he told its gastric and for my satisfaction i took ECG it is also normal,2days i not think about that, again later it started so this time i visited cardio he took ECG,TMT,2Decho all are normal,so still i went to gastero and took endoscopy he told no ulcer only light gastric and given nexpro 40,now i am facing back problem shoulder problem and arms,dont know its muscle pain or heart , what is my problem its been almost 2mnth

Doesnt seem to be cardiac problem, considering your age and as you say your TMT is normal..what ever cardiac tests are required are already done..
Should get vit d level test, and take muscle relaxants.
