Gastric pain &vomitting
Hi from today morning, I'm having gastric pain in stomach. Even after 1 glass eno it has not reduced. Also had vomiting. In vomit, there was some black substance and little blood. I took randex tablet in morning. That's all. What is the cause??

Looks like bleeding in the GIT. You need to get some investigations done urgently as at your age these symptoms are not good and may indicate towards a serious disease
