  4. Gastric pain. Change is sufficient.

Hello doctor i was suffering from stomach pain since 5 days. i go for USG and in the reports Bowel Gases are + +.. do i need to do medication or diet and life style change is sufficient.. stomach pain is no more. but sometime stomach feel full and tight. also there is stone of 3.8 mm in left kidney mid pole.
