Gastric problem, backpain near to neck,
My husband is having burning sensation from this afternoon, lot of gas burp coming out, back pain near to neck, little pain near chest, now body looks warm and temperature 98.6°F. Please advice

Tablet Pantop 40 mg twice daily on empty stomach in morning and I hour before dinner Tablet Dolo 650 mg thrice a day. Give  one glass of milk 4 hourly
