Hi sir thanks. Symptoms are muscle catch with pain in the legs (in calf), upper back muscle catch pain, gas formation in stomach, itching pain in the upper part of abdomen and appears to be felling week and also early morning first urine comes in brown colour. 4 months before consulted Gastroenterologist did colonoscopy n endoscopy results normal

You are offering various symptoms , the symptom of brown urine in the morning is vague and you can get yourself a urine routine done and consult a urologist. For the upper abdominal discomfort with itching kindly do a ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN with LFT After consulting in person with a surgical gastroenterologist
