Gastric problem
I feel like gas is somewhat stuck due to which my heartbeat suddenly increases and when i try to burp by changing position accordingly (so that i burp out easily) heartbeat turns back to normal.
But i am continuously burping for 15-20 min. I have not eaten since morning ( only some cucumbers)now its 4:30 pm. What should i do
