Gastritis mild
I was diagonised with gerd in 2013,and mild gastral antritis on 2017.after ramazan now I feel very fatigue and sometimes nausea and loss of appetite.should I go for endoscopy again or is it just the tiredness after ramazan fasting.i feel mild burning in stomach also.what can be the reason and what medicine can be taken for it.i believe some particular foods are creating this problems .it was not there from many months but started again now.

Prolonged fasting can cause weakness if you have gastritis like symptoms that it can also be precipitated by prolonged fasting what exact symptoms you have and other medical histories should be discussed properly to make an accurate diagnosis and plan treatment
