Sustaining Pain in upper abdomen..nausea.. ..vomiting and loose motions not very frequent but happened once-twice...they say swelling in upper stomach linig... What to eat and what not to?? And in fruits should I avoid anything..?? Can it be a fungal infection??

hey , H.pylori infection can cause gastritis ,if you doubt undergo endoscopy, take buttermilk ,soft bland foods , drink lot of water, avoid spicy ,hot , junk foods , don't take fruits  containing citric acid in it .
