I have been suffering from an acute gastric problem since 8 months. I contacted several doctors and they gave me a lot of medicines related to digestion & gas control. I gave LFT test from DRS. TRIBEDI & ROY DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY and in that test it was found that SERUM BILIRUBIN TOTAL 3.6mg/100ml. SERUM TOTAL PROTEINS 7.7g/100 ml.

HELLO, USG WHOLE ABDOMEN SPECIALLY LIVER, GALLBLADDER SYSTEM.   TOTAL BILIRUBIN LEVEL IS HIGH IT MAY CAUSE JAUNDICE OTHERWISE NO DIRECT CONNECTION.  JAUNDICE MAY CAUSE NAUSEA, VOMITING, ETC. ANYWAY, SYRUP CHOLIV L TWO TEASPOON FUL FOR TWO TIMES A DAY BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER.FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. TABLET LEVOSULPRIDE 75ONE HOUR BEFORE BREAKFAST.FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. TABLET RAZO D TEN MINUTES BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. BLEND DIET STRICTLY MEANS BOILD GREEN VEGETABLES  CANBE GARNISHED WITH VERY LITTLE AMOUNT OF OIL FOR JEERA TO COOKED WITHOUT SPICES OVERCOOKED RICE,GREEN VEGETABLES TO BE TAKEN. FRESH CURD N BUTTER MILK IS BENEFICIAL. BANANA AS A FRUIT TO BE CONSUMED. I HOPE IF YOU STRICTLY FOLLOW THIS, EVERY THING WILL BE SHORTED. O.K BYE.

Your total bilirubin is high. normal is up to 1.2mg/DL. Do you have any yellowish discoloration of urine,. Skin or white part of your  eyes?If yes then you could have jaundice. Jaundice  can cause abdominal pain and loose stools.your total protein is normal.
Next Steps
Repeat your LFT , also do  a RFT . Hbsag , ultrasound of abdomen .
