Gastroenteritis
I had laparoscopy surgery done for gall bladder removal 5 years back. Now days I am suffering from gastroenteritis and constipation. I want avoid medicine, as it is not that severe. And I am regularly having left leg internal pain not external. It is severe in night.

It is better to take appropriate medications after consulting a doctor rather than trying alone with home remedies. You can avoid fatty and spicy food. Take plenty of fluids. ORS ~250ml after each loose stool.
