Abdominal pain nd vomiting..nothing found in whole abdomen USG..what could be the reason??bowel also getting not clear .

Abdomen is a large area, with so many causes for pain. Ultrasound is operator dependent and doesn't rule out most of the causes. Try to provide more details like site of pain, duration, other issues if any. Consult a surgeon or Gastroenterologist for further management.
