M suffering from GAD since last 6 yrs
nd from past 2 yrs m taking vilazine 20 at nyt after consulting psychiatrist but every nyt while falling asleep I feel electric shock like sensation in my brain sometimes I feel my all vain burst ND after that everyday I woke up

Get in touch with a psychologist who can help you deal with your anxieties. Continue your medications and maybe visit tour psychiatrist again for getting your medications reviewed. Medications along with psychotherapy have proved to be very efficient in managing anxiety and related disorders.
