General body check up reports
I got my general health check up done this weekend in my apartment's camp, and got reports today.
I have attached reports of the things which came increased in my reports.
Please analyse it and please let me know what are they related to and how can they be controlled.
As I am unable to understand those medical terms, please help me understand those in layman's terms.

CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD AS REQUIRED EXAMINATION N HISTORY.
