I consume green tea+ apple cider vinegar+2 drops of cinnamon extract. 2 times .for weight loss, to prevent diabetes and general health. Is it safe and effective.

Apple cider vinegar and cinnamon extract increases metabolism and apple cider vinegar increases satiety helping in weight loss. They are quite safe how ever without proper diet and exercise only taking these won't be much effective for weight loss
