General problem
Every time I eat sweets it feels like my throat is closing up and it only sometimes depends on the sweets for example cake from a bakery

Appears to be a matter of consistency of the sweet. Cakes have a spongy texture so absorbs moisture. So on the way down while swallowing, might have created a sense of obstruction.
