6 months ago my weight is 78 kg but then I start doing exercising daily and stop eating
sugar and even starting eating low calories. I have done exercising only 2 months and then left and in next 3 months I only eat less food and my weight reduced to 60 kg and now from previous 15 days I have eating normally which I eat before starting to lose weight but my weight is stagnant but still I will eat sugar very less. So please tell me is this any underlying disease sign or normal
