  4. General problem. It any serious problem?

General problem
Why does my head spin when I am in warm atmosphere or after long travelling? I feel exhausted quickly . My haemoglobin level is 10.6 . I feel suffocated very quickly. Please do suggest any solutions. Is it any serious problem?
