General weakness
My baby is 50days old she born with 3.60gm weight now her weight is reducing ,looking dull and inactive I am unable to feed her sufficiently (breast feeding) not getting enough milk ..now I want to give her lactogen along with my breast milk ..is there any side effects from lactogen please suggest me ..how to feed her sufficiently..when I am giving breast milk she is not sucking properly and not drinking..even she is not getting sufficient sleep also..and when a child will hold theirs neck

What's the weight now??Weight gain for first three months in your case should be 36 grams per day,and this depends TOTALLY on feeding pattern. Give breastfeeds at a gap of atleast 2-1/3 to 3 hours,NOT before that,don't wake her up for a feed. Ideally breastmilk exclusively should be given for 6 months,but if forced to give top milk feeds,use ONLY formula. Neck or more precisely,head holding should be attained by 3-4 months.
