I am taking nexito 20 mg and Clonazepam 1mg for anexity but my doctor want to add veniz xr150 to it. Is it necessary to add SNRI with SSRI ???

Yes, SSRI can be added with SNRI in few cases as one of the treatment option in the treatment process. Your doctor is the best judge. Discuss with him the need for same and other aspects.
