Generalised anxiety disorder
In June I was diagnosed with GAD and took Escitalopram 5 mg for a month.now from last few days, I am feeling feverish ( temp 99-99.3) with headaches behind eyes and forehead and sometimes on top of the head.the fever comes and goes off on its own couple of times ina day. My TSH is 5.7 and I am on a very low dose of thyroxine medicine. I was also low on Vitamin D, am taking prescribed supplements for that. I want to know if this headache and feverish is due to anxiety and what I should do for it? No other symptoms.

Hi It is better that you get yourself tested to find the cause of fever. It may be due to many reasons.  So first consult a nearby physician to find the cause of fever. Feverish feeling and headache is unlikely due to anxiety per se. Thanks and regards
