My wife's family has heredity problem, they are causing with "Duchenne muscular dystrophy" disease. The chromosome carrier is her grandmother, after her grandmother the chromosome carrier is her 5 aunties and one uncle cause the diseases, due to that her uncle was dead. But her father is not carrier he is nil and her mother is also nil, becaus no one in her family i.e. her bothers and she cause the disease in their childhood. My question is my son has chances to cause this diseases ?

This problem is hereditary ,and this types disease may transfer up to seventh generation.
There for nobody can say about future.
And nobody can predict about your son.
