  4. Genital Warts. Please help!

Hello it's been 4 years since I have been facing a problem of a dozen genital warts on my testicals. I have tried homoeopathy for 4 months and immiquad as well but they haven't been eradicated. I am getting married in a few months and want to save myself from this embarrassment. Please help
