Dear doctor im 33 yrs. working women,ive diagonised with GERD few days before, i was facing gastric problem from the last seven months, im having burning sensation from lower abdomen to back of my spine , and my heart rate is bit fast than normal and alwys having a vomiting tendency specially in the morning .burning sensation irritiate me a lot, which cause shortness of breath too.pls. advice is this a severe case .im worried.
