Hello... I suggest you to avoid spicy foods, have regular meals in small quantities, avoid fried and stored foods, dont take hot and cold liquids, take plenty of water... do not skip your meals and do not take heavy meals at a time... if you still have any complaints i would recommend you to consult physician for further evaluation... thank you..
