GERD problems
Hi! I've been having gerd for almost a week now. Already tried pantoprazole, omeprazole, esomeprazole and nothing really works. Can you recommend me effective medications and guidelines for gerd?

Avoid spicy and fatty foods Milk and milk products except curd avoid citrus fruits drink more water and regular physical activity
