GERD treatment during pregnancy
My wife is having GERD symptoms in her third trimester of pregnancy. Doctor has prescribed EsogaRD tablets which she has been taking alternative day or last 2 weeks and symptoms got relieved. However, just read somewhere that it is not safe to take PPIs during pregnancy. Once she stops taking medication the symptoms comback. Is there an alternative possible or should we continue with EsogaRD tablets.
