Getting blurred in short distance
Getting blurred when i see the letters in short distance(<20 inch) , no problem when i see long distance, please help me to know the problem?

You are approaching 40, this might be causing this near vision problem. This is called presbyopia. It is a condition in which after a certain age our lens looses it's flexibility to adjust to near vision. This is normal around 40 yrs. You should get your refraction done and use the prescription while doing near work.
