My child age is 18 months old and she is getting cold and cough repeatedly since from past two months. For that reason, she got high fever like 103 or 104 degree Centigrades. Sometimes my daughter went unconscious ( like fits ). Once we give meftal- p medicine then the temperature went normal stage. But cold and cough did not reduced. Please suggest us proper medication. Thanks for your help.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now if she has fever you can give her meftal-p as usual and add syp. Montina-L 3ml for cold. And then don't just forget about her. Take her to a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management. Clinical examination will reveal more information. Best regards.
