I'm getting head ache while reading books. I have little eyesight issues but they are negligible. Any home remedies to prevent head ache and illusions would be suggestible and what I'm looking for.
Thanks in advance!

Hello
This could be due to refractive error or convergence insufficiency
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get convergence amplitude checked
Please get your refraction done and start using specs as advised.
Use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
Keep proper distance between eyes and book
Ie approx 35 cm.
