Getting Head Ache

Hi, I got hit by football to my head while playing. As ball hit my head, impact of ball transferred to whole body and I fell on ground with being in air for a fraction of second. I feel head from next day evening. Please suggest.

Hello trauma or head injury is the main cause of headache you need to kept in observation for 24 to 48 hrs relevant investigation like ct or mri should be done to rule out bleeding or any sought of skull fracture consult physician or neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.
