Getting Head ache
Sometimes I get severe head ache just after waking up from the bed in the morning, what's the reason behind this? How can this be avoided?

At ur age even after proper rest have headache then requires evaluation. Most likely should be related to TV recent changes in lifestyle.
Do relaxation exercises like deep breathing.
