Getting pain in testicle
Some time i am getting pain in my right side testicular pain and some time left.
Normally when ever i go to bed that time i am getting pain.
If my pant belt was tide also i am getting pain.
Kindly help me what needs to be done

If this is happening....you need to be examined in abdomen and testicles physically as well as by Ultrasound test.
Please consult further.
