Getting rid of face skin pores and tan.

Have had tanned face since birth. How can I remove it? I've a month for an event. I need my face clean and fresh. Also I've pores and my face turns oily every five minutes. How can I get rid of my skin pores? My weight is around 70 Kilograms. I'm fat according to my BMI. And I'm suffering from ovarian cysts as well. I'm a non vegetarian. And Indian. I'm 18 years old. I want to get rid of face skin pores. How can it be done within a month?Any homemade remedy doesn't work.Please help asap for pore
