Hello my name is vinayak and I'm from Nagpur Maharashtra my question is I want gain muscle For increase weight my current weight is 62kg and my hight is 5,9 And my bmi 20.1 and my body fat percentage is 13 I went daily gym for weight training so sir can take desi ghee for weight gain someone told me ghee contain high in Saturated fat but saturated fat in ghee is short chain so I studied about short chain fatty acid it doesn't it's harm our body like other Long chain fatty acid harm our body so please tell me ghee is good for me
