Taking any ayurvediy medicine without proper ayurvediy way diagnosis mostly goes wrong Finding out root cause and it correction by ayurvediy way medicine and diet lifestyle corrections is very important factor for improvement. Self medicaction goes wrong most of time

Better to stop giloy juice at present. Any medicine which doesn't effective even for one month then it should stop unless it was prescribed by a doctor. No self medication could cure the RA. Only a doctor could assess the condition of the disease. As RA is a spectrum of diseases, no one can self assess with an online channel reference.
Next Steps
the first thing to do is to stick on to a strict veggie diet without egg too. no too spicy, no too salty and no too sour taste foods. no snacks, fryems, sweet dish like peda etc. instead in between she may take vegetables salads.
Health Tips
the above diet is inevitable if she has a familial History of RA

Guduchi  we are using as rasayan  dravya.. its acts  as immunomodulator in auto immune  disorders like rheumatoid arthritis. U can  continue  that  along with other  ayurvedic medicine also. Mostly in your case for pain  relief we must  have to add other  ayurveda  medicine for better  recovery along  with guduchi. In case of ibs disorder one should  use bilwa  as rasayan  drug. One  should  use bilwavlehyam instead  of guduchi  . It shows  excellent  results.
Next Steps
kindly  consult for RA treatment
Health Tips
In ayurveda they had given  seperate  rasayan  dravya  for seperate disease. depending on constitution of individuals. so follow  that  only.
