I am starting to take this giloy tablet but not sure this should be swallowed ior chewed Some people say ayurvedic medicine should be chewed . Same question is for ashwagandha tablet as well. And can we eat both these tablets together. Please reponse Thanks in advance

Hello Mam... You can chewed the giloy tablet for better result as compair to swallow. The teste of giloy tablet is not good but chewing  gives you more benefits.do same for ashwagandha tablet. If you eat both this tablet together then there is no any side effect. u can eat them together even they give you health and strength if you take them in early morning with empty stomach.
