Gland enlargement
What if the swelling does not increase on intake of food? What could be the possibilities? If i try to observe other symptoms then i can mention that there is no loss in weight nor do i have fever.

If swelling not increases with food intake ,it may be non-Salivary origin swelling, could be simple lipoma or lymphnode enlargement or any cystic swelling etc
Next Steps
Better to examined by specialist ,may need couple of investigations like FNAC and USG to identify nature of swelling
