Just found out I have glandular fever and I was around a baby the other day!! Could the baby get it!? She's three months there was no saliva contract or sharing of spoons or anything like that
Could she still get sick!? Do I let the mum know to get bubs checked!?

Don't panic. And don't create panic by informing parents of baby. They will get scared unnecessarily.
Only if baby shows sign of fever, runny nose then you need to worry. Infection can spread through just air droplet too.
