I am 6month pregnant.last week had gtt.fasting reading is 4.68 after 60 n 120 min its 10.3 nd 8.3 Is it normal or slightly higher.what precaution should i take?

This is Gestational Diabetes Mellitus. U need to have diabetic diet specially for GDM with 7 meals a day. Also need to monitor ur sugar levels at least 2-3 times a day. If sugar levels remain above target range ,u need to start insulin
