Got fever since 7 days
I m having fever of 100.5 Fahrenheit. took paracetamol but it's not relieving me. I got cold too. Please suggest.

As Fever is for 5 days ..whether it's associated with bodyache, joint pain, rash, cough etc?? A detailed history may help to find out the cause for it.
You should keep a temperature charting. General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids, Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily, tepid sponging if fever is high.
Few investigations to find out the cause of it complete blood count, dengue NS1 antigen, malaria antigen test.
