Gout Pain in left Toe since 1 year
I had Gout attack in my left toe a year back. Uric Acid level 2 days post gout attack was 7 thn. Started getting pain again 9 months back. Taking Febustat 40 once per day since last 3 months. Uric acid rose to 8 thn when I stopped medicine for a week. Doctor has advised to take for 1 more month. Get pain post walking. Do I need to do MRI ?

as you know that pain is due to increase in uric acid level. try to control it with medication and lifestyle and dietary modifications. u can apply ice on toe for 3-4 mins every 2 hourly as it will reduce pain and swelling.
