Grade 1 Diastolic Dysfunction
Hi Sir, I have High BP and my recent echo test shows Grade 1 Diastolic Dysfunction. Please find attached reports. Please let me know is there any serious?

Hi. Your echocardiogram shows dilatation of ascending aorta, so you have to be on regular follow up with doctor. LV relaxation abnormality (diastolic dysfunction) may be due to blood pressure. Treadmill test exercise time is 3minutes so we cant interpret it. Take blood pressure medications regularly and follow up with doctor.
