Grade 3 piles
I have chronic piles for last 13 years, presently of grade 3. I am looking for non surgical treatment, laser or staplecotomy or banding etc.

U can go for stapler haemorrhoidectomy. Banding not effective for Gr iii piles. Laser expensive but not better than stapler.
