Grade 4 piles
My husband is diagnosed with grade 4 piles. We don't want to undergo a surgery. Is there any cure?

Medicines can only reduce the symptoms associates with piles.... pain , bleeding, and constipation. They can't cure the problem.
In grade 4 piles even medicines are not very effective.
The only definitive treatment for piles is surgery.
Stapled or laser surgery can be done with minimal pain and bleeding, without any painful wounds with quick recovery.
