Grade one Nasal polyps left, DNS L
I had gone through hard endoscopy of epitaxis of nose since I had problems of nasal bleeding occasionally and have young hypertension. I continue amlosafe 5mg and tazloc 40mg. I have nasal congestion when I got fever and sometimes bleed. The result of endoscopy results having DNS L and Grade 1 nasal polyp. So now what medicine should I use or any other suggestions.

Polyp in nose early stage are best controlled with local steroid nasal sprays for longer periods
